Are there any shipping charges?+
Yes, INR 150 for orders below INR 20,000. Free shipping above that. Re-delivery fees apply if the package is returned due to failed attempts.
Are there any hidden charges (customs, duties, etc)?+
No. All prices are inclusive of taxes and customs. Shipping is free over INR 20,000.
Can I modify or cancel my order?+
Once confirmed, changes may not be possible. Address changes only via WhatsApp with order ID. Email/phone can’t be changed post-order.
Order shows delivered but not received?+
Contact us immediately via email, Instagram, or WhatsApp. We’ll verify with the courier. Ensure a residential/business address is used for safe delivery.
What are your delivery timings?+
Our standard delivery times within India range from 7 to 19 working days. Delivery times may vary due to location or customs delays. Orders are dispatched from the UK. Tracking is shared once shipped.
