MAKEUP AND SKINCARE PRODUCTS

  • When it comes to makeup and skincare products, we understand that color and complexion preferences can vary.
  • However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns based on discrepancies in color or complexion.
  • Our business model involves placing orders with suppliers after you have placed your order with us, making returns of such products unfeasible.

 

  • Defective or Wrongly Received Items

    • In the event that you receive a defective product or if there has been an error in the item you received, we are here to assist you.
    • Returns for defective items are on us. We will arrange for a convenient pickup and cover the cost of shipping.
    • To initiate a return for defective or wrongly received items, please reach out to us via Instagram @luxebykan or email us at info@luxebykan.com.
    • Once we receive the defective item, we will process your refund promptly, excluding the shipping cost, if applicable to your order.
    • Alternatively, you can also request a replacement. If we have the correct product in stock, we will arrange for its shipment after collecting the defective item from your address.
