• For homegrown brands, Luxe by Kan is an authorized retailer.
  
• For international brands, Luxe by Kan functions solely as a reseller, sourcing products from verified global suppliers and authorized third-party resellers.
  
• Luxe by Kan is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the international brands featured on the Website. All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Product Sourcing & Authenticity

• Most international products are sourced on a per-order basis, and are not held in inventory.
  
• All products are procured through verified suppliers, with brand invoices retained for authenticity verification.
  
• Prices listed on the Website are inclusive of customs duties, shipping, and freight.
  
• Luxe by Kan maintains strict internal and third-party authentication procedures.

4. Pricing Policy

• All prices listed on the Website are final and inclusive of customs duties, international shipping, currency conversion charges, and applicable taxes.
  
• Due to the above factors, prices may differ from international retail prices listed in USD, GBP, or other currencies.
  
• In the event of a pricing error (including outdated or incorrect pricing), Luxe by Kan reserves the right to request the customer to pay the difference or cancel the order and issue store credit.

5. Shipping & Delivery

2. For homegrown brands (domestic inventory): Expedited delivery timelines may apply
   

• Delivery Destinations: India only
  
• All orders are fulfilled via third-party logistics partners, including but not limited to Blue Dart, Amazon Shipping, and Delhivery.
  
• Luxe by Kan handles door-to-door delivery, including customs clearance and duties. Customers are not required to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery.
  
• Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, courier disruptions, or natural events). In such cases, Luxe by Kan shall not be held liable for delays.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Luxe by Kan follows a strict return policy:

• Returns: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as shade issues, size differences, or change of mind. Used or opened products are not eligible for return.
  
• Replacements & Refunds:
  

1. If a damaged or incorrect item is delivered, Luxe by Kan will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund depending on the situation.
   
2. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days once approved.
   

• Unavailability: If a product becomes unavailable post-purchase, Luxe by Kan will offer store credit of the same value or an alternative product.

7. Payment Terms

9. Liability Limitation

Luxe by Kan shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by customs clearance, courier delays, or other external factors beyond our control.
  
• Minor variations in product packaging due to global sourcing differences.
  
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or products purchased.

11. Influencer Collaborations

All influencer collaborations are governed by separate agreements and subject to Luxe by Kan’s approval. Luxe by Kan reserves the right to decline or terminate collaborations that do not align with brand values or compliance guidelines.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
