This Hourglass tubing mascara uses advanced tubing technology to wrap each lash in lightweight, extension-like tubes, stretching the look of lashes for a wide-eyed, fluttery effect. The richly pigmented Black formula is smudge-proof and flake-free, wearing all day without transfer and sliding off cleanly with warm water and makeup remover – no harsh rubbing.
